The condition of Jalan Tamansari, RT 005/RW 08, Tamansari, West Jakarta, is increasingly chaotic due to has been occupied by dozens of spare part and vehicle accessories street vendors. As a result, a market provided by city administration at that location looks deserted, especially on 2nd floor.
Surya, (28), one of street vendors admitted he refused to move into the market because the kiosk rental cost is very expensive. That is why, he prefers to trade at a forbidden place with high risk (raid) from officers.

Meanwhile, Head of Tamansari Urban Village, Djaharudin disclosed his party has held socialization twice regarding relocation plan. But, until now, there has been no respond from them numbered 54 people.
"The reason is expensive rental cost," he explained.
He has also coordinated with PD Pasar Jaya and will be discussed in a follow-up meeting. He hopes, rental cost burdened by vendors does not the same as the common rental cost.
"Just like flat system, in which rental price affected raid is not the same with common rental price," he added.
